HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs may vary by item and location.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days unless there are events that are beyond our control.  This includes production time since many of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Delivery times vary based on the product, but the items are shipped within 24-48 hours after processing unless there are events that are beyond our control such as Manufacturing company holidays, shipping company protests, customs delays, tariff issues or any other known and unknown logistics problems.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
